Simonsvlei Lifestyle Extra Light Rose (and the rest of the wine ranges, might I add) was SUCH a good find at the Simonsvlei Winery on the Paarl Wine Route late last year. This Chenin Blanc and Pinotage blend is super fruity and bursting with flavours of tropical fruit & wild berries. Although a natural sweet rosé is not my usual choice, but this was a gorgeous new flavour to try out for a change, and being light on the alcohol and lighter on the calories – it’s a girl’s best friend for those hot summer days for a picnic or to enjoy down by the pool. And look how beautifully it photographs…
