Always happy to fall in love with an awesome new local product when I come across one. The newly launched Pradiance is all vegan, all natural and organic, all recyclable & local as anything – so that’s a total win in my eyes already. I was excited to try this new range out this month and get my skin summer ready.
Being 100% honest, I’m always nervous to switch up my skincare regimen (especially using a natural product rather than a more chemical one) when I think I’ve found what I love but there’s no harm in testing out new products because you NEVER know what you’re going to find out there. But I have found some great #localislekker winners from Pradiance that I have added to my ‘natural’ side of my beauty cupboard.
I am such a believer in toners! It’s one of the products I believe is a total ‘must use’ regardless of how useless you are at skincare. What I loved about this Balancing Facial Toner is that it is a spray-and-leave-on rather than needing a cotton pad to swipe around.
The ingredients are what makes this specific toner special – infused with all natural ingredients, including Kigelia africana (you may know this as the ‘African Sausage Tree’?) which assists with the balancing and overall conditioning of the skin. I was really interested in the use of this Kigelia, so before I started using the product, I did a bit more research into it. I had no idea that this Sausage Tree has so many medicinal properties? It has been used for centuries for anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial (anti-biotic) and anti-fungal in cases of acne, skin diseases and digestion issues.
So, this for me what a win! I have added it to my daily morning routine, spraying 3 – 4 ‘spritz‘ AFTER using my other toner (they offer different gains), and then leaving to dry before adding my Pradiance Ultra Rich Anti-Aging Day cream or other moisturizer, under my SPF & make up.

THE ULTRA RICH ANTI-AGING DAY CREAM
I’m crazy about a think, deeply nourishing cream – and this one smells and feels amazing! One of my biggest issues I’m having at the moment is that my skin has been battling with the dryness and heat, so this product nourishes deep into the skin with the hydrating and refreshing Aloe and Shea butter, and then adds the powerful anti-aging & anti-oxident Pomegranate Seed Oils to the surface.
I have been apply a pea size amount of this Ultra Rich Anti-Aging Day Cream after my toners every morning, before apply SPF and make up, and my skin is left feeling healthy and soft all day long. If left on without make up, your skin feels a tad ‘oily’ but this is a good type of oil as the Day Cream will continue nourishing your skin throughout your day.

This super gentle milky cleaner is a treat after those long days. Because I found this product to be a BIT heavy for daily use (I have combination skin, so worked beautifully on my oily areas but did ‘nothing’ for my dry patches), and didn’t remove my heavy waterproof make up, I have added it to my ‘treat’ list, and will be using it as a #SelfcareSunday spoil.
